So sometimes I want to go and scream really loud, but I want to do it in a place that no one will hear. The only place I have found that I can do that in is in my Head. So there are times that all I am doing is screaming in my Head.

Dude, i feel the same way a lot of times. I just go home and scream in the backyard. But if you really can’t find a place to do this, then honestly you’re probably not looking hard enough. Just scream in the car on the way to school or work, nobody is around. But to get to the bottom of this issue… It isn’t a bad thing that you feel this way sometimes, necessarily. Unless it is b/c you are not releasing in a healthy way during you’re daily life. You need to find a way to release stress and let God grant you the peace that he already promises you Phillipians 4:6-7 (By the way the other comment was deleted b/c i was signed into oakhills.younglife email, my bad)
